About:

The Director of Language Choices Angèle Ann Andrews, known as Angie, has been teaching English and French for forty years. The beauty of it is that experiences have been gained within a whole gamut of faith as well as secular institutions ranging from private or independent schools and colleges to Comprehensives and Grammar schools in the UK and in Europe. These include De La Salle College, Malta, The Institute of Tourism Studies, Malta, The Alliance Française de Malte; St Edmund's Sixth Form in Dover, Queen Elizabeth's Grammar school in Faversham; Cox Green in Maidenhead; Fernhill in Farnborough; Sir William Borlase's Grammar School; Eden Girls' school; Gumley House Convent School as well as Beaconsfield High school.

These presented wonderful opportunities to teach English to GCSE and French to Sixth Form in full-time or part-time capacity. Earlier supply teaching experiences relied on Angie's background studies in Anthropology and MFL to deliver Spanish, Italian Citizenship; RE; Geography, History and functional skills in Kent, Greater London and Surrey.

Since the pandemic, these transferable skills have informed Angie's full-time tutoring practice via Language Choices which is why students are receiving scholarships and improving so quickly in their studies. Their school reports are proof to delighted parents.

Language Choices seeks to take on equally dedicated tutors to deliver courses. Please note that Qualified Teacher Status in the UK as well as a current DBS is a pre-requisite. Please feel free to contact:

"Angele’s expertise and passion for English far surpasses this review. Imparting profound emphasis on refining the standard in English, notably by rigorous correction of work, she indisputably stimulates students to enhance their writing style. In just a few months we could gauge our son’s progress, not least his heightened interest in the subject.
